Friday Five: Looking Forward

Well, I'm returning to the Paper Hangover bandwagon. Every week, blogs fill my inbox answering a question...and I always want to answer, too! So here I be, and Friday's question is:

What are the five books you're looking forward to in 2012?
Okay, first I think it's worth mentioning that I have no idea what books are coming out this year. But after looking it over and remembering which sequel's I've been dying to read, here they are:
  1. Illusion, by Frank Peretti (March 6). This is definitely on the top of my list. Frank Peretti hasn't released a book since 2005! I can't wait.
  2. Fear, by Michael Grant (April 3). While I'm beginning to wonder if his Gone series is actually going anywhere, I still have hope.
  3. Untitled, by Allie Condie (November). This would be the third book in the Matched series, and so far I am in love with Cassia's story.
  4. A Million Suns, by Beth Revis (January 10). This is the sequel to Across the Universe, and I cannot wait to find out what happens to Amy and Elder.
  5. Spirit Wars, by Kris Vallotton (January 1). Everything he writes, I devour.
What about you? What book are you most looking forward to this year?

I agree, it's hard to pick when you don't know what's coming out. There's always so many gems to find. I'll have to check out the new Frank Peretti book though, I've heard such good things about him. Untitled too. I'm also looking for to the next Immortal Instruments Book. Girls of Nightmares by Kendare Blake.

Gosh - books coming out this year? Well there's Andrea Eames' book called The White Shadow. Liz Fenwick's The Cornish House. Both of those sound great. :)

I'm anticipating Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain.
